I'm very happy with CreateInstall. It's an ideal installer for me because permits all things I need with a very small overhead, so I´m able to ship my installations with email. And the localization is very easy, important for me because I need both german and italian installations. My typical installation is able to detect where the client has a previous installation of my software, make a backup of his archives and then install the new version.

Making such a professional install was never easier. CreateInstall is cheap to buy, but it's worth tons much more for how good it is. With very active development going on (more active than InstallShield's I can say), buying it will assure the user a profitable long-term investment.
