To report bugs and/or request new features, please email us at support@gentee.com. If reporting bugs, please specify your Windows version and the version of CreateInstall and attach the project files which was opened when the error occurred. As a default, all projects are saved in Projects subdir of the CreateInstall's directory.
Please observe the following rules:
- If you want to send along some screenshots, convert them into .jpg or gif format or pack them to .zip file.
- Do not send us your setups and installations.
- Write to us before sending attachments bigger than 1MB and wait to receive our ñonfirmation before sending them.
We will answer your emails within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. As a general rule we try to answer within 1-12 hours.
We operate email services on yet another server (our mirror). You can re-send your emails to info@gentee.net or support@gentee.net if you have not received an answer within 1-2 days.
