To register CreateInstall, please use the registration links on the order web page.
Within 2 days at the most, you will receive a registration e-mail from us with the subject "CreateInstall - registration letter". It will contain the registration code and a downloading link of the full version. As a rule, we try to send the registration email as soon as possible.
Sometimes customers provide the wrong email address in the program order page. If you have not received any email from us within 2 days after your purchase, please send a request email to info@gentee.com or info@gentee.net specifying the registration service that you used and the date of the registration.
Others
Your registration is valid for all future versions of the product. You can re-install new versions over the previous ones.
Have you lost your registration key and the email in which we sent you the key? Send an email to info@gentee.com with the subject "Lost registration key" from the email address you used for the registration. If you will be sending it from another email address, please specify the first and last name used during registration in the email.
Do you wish to change any of your registration data in our database? Send an email to info@gentee.com with the subject "Change registration information" from the email address you used for the registration (or specify your first and last name in the email) and specify you new registration information in the email.
