You can use the following methods to contact us:

  • Ticket system. The most reliable communication method because all messages are stored on our server in this case. Unlike e-mail message exchange, it depends on neither your nor our anti-spam software. It is guaranteed that your message will be read and we will reply to it.
  • Forum. Here you can publish your questions and look through all existing topics. Probably you will find the answer to your question there.
  • Feedback form. You can fill out this form and send your message, but we will not be able to reply to you unless you leave your e-mail address.
  • Email. You can send your message to info@gentee.com. Make sure that you specify the word CreateInstall in the subject of your message. It will help the message to pass our anti-spam filters. If you do not receive a reply within a couple of business days, use the ticket system.
    • If you report bugs, specify your Windows version and the version of the CreateInstall software.
    • If you want to send along some screenshots, convert them into .jpg or gif format or pack them to .zip file.
    • Do not send us your setups and installations.
