Hi im creating my own personal antivirus software. The problem I seem to be having is that in the installer the software installs and runs just fine. However one of the programs that im using in the installer is JRT (Junkware Removal Tool). Once it starts it shuts down the installer and the rest of my scripts dont run. I would like to know if there is a way to get the Installer to reopen by force after JRT runs and continue from where it left off or run another piece of software. If i could get past this I will be finished.

Also I just realized that the software ware will not close out a cmd.exe file so im not sure if i should write one into the script to continue to a second part or the installer.

How do you run it? I think you checked 'Wait until application finishes' in the Run Application command. Also, you can send us your .ci project file if the unchecking of the checkbox doesn't help.

I tried that but the software (JRT)shuts down the software that i created with your software so the scripts just stops running all together.
