We are trying to migrate from INSTALLSHIELD to CREATEINSTALL and after reviewing the DOCUMENTATION area and FAQ we have not found information on how to incorporate <.MSM> redistributable files into the installation package, so that they auto-install on the target computer, eg crystalreports8.msm, dbgrid32.msm, msadodc.msm, ...

It depends on how to run such .msm files.
It should be like
sometool.exe "somefile.msm"
In this case, you have to install your .msm files somewhere and then run that tool for decompressing them.
