I seem to be getting in an awful muddle here: I'm trying to check a user's Registry value and see what it is. When that has been checked and the location of a path is obtained from the Data column in the Registry, then copy one file and two folders (with subfolders and contents) into the designated path.

Seems fairly obvious to me from reading the help file but I think I'm getting the wrong parameter mix and nothing gets copied.

I'm using my machine to test the procedure to see if it completes correctly. Nothing!

I seem to be getting the wrong path when telling the installer where to put the files. I'm also not convinced that it has actually read the Registry value.

Could someone push me in the right direction, please?

Whoa!! I got it! Found an answer from four years ago and the problem has been resolved.

It works as I wanted it to and in much fewer steps!

But thanks for all the help you give to us beginners.
