For a long time I have found that Overwrite if Newer in the "Installation Files" command does not work. Files will never be overwritten, even if the source files are newer.

I now see that this is true in Copy Files as well. Doesn't work. I have been able to live without it until now, but now I can't live without it.

I am using version 7.4.1 -- has this been fixed in later versions?

Overwrite If Newer compares the versions and then the time.
So, if the existing and new files have the same version then it isn't overwriten.
If the file doesn't have version and it is newer then it should be overwriten.
At least, we have just tried that on the latest version and it works.
