I downloaded the free version,but I got a problem,when I use the uninstaller it takes a lot of time (8-10 minutes) for start;how can I solve that problem?

What antivirus program do you use?
I think some another application blocks the uninstaller.
Try to run the uninstallation of CreateInstall. Will it have the same problem?

Yes, I have the same problem! My antivirus is Kaspersky internet security 2013,but In the rules application the program is credible!

As far as I understand you wait for some minutes before the uninstaller displays the first confirmation dialog but setups don't have such problem.
Try to copy uninstall.exe and uninstall.ini from application folder to c:\temp and run it. Will there be the delay?
Also, can you send uninstall.exe and uninstall.ini (or download link) to info@createinstall.com with 'CreateInstall' subject?
