I would like to know if there is a way to assign the publisher information so the end user does not get the setup.exe with the unknown publisher. I have createinstall light.

You should buy a code signing certificate. For example, VeriSign, Comodo sell them. You can find more information in the Internet.
After that, you can sign setup.exe yourself or by using Project - Setup Builder - Digital Code Signing parameters. In this case, uninstall.exe can be sign too.
