On my computer is windows 8.1
I make a .ci from a vb6 program.
Then my program wil be installed on a windows 7 computer.
During instal i get the message:
Cannot open/create file c:\windows\system32\ciO-comcat.dll
No idea where cio-comcat.dll comes from.
Instal terminates and shortcuts are nor made.
My program however is installed and seemens to work. Not tested complete.
Any idea's?

Look for comcat.dll in .log file which is created by CreateInstall.
You can send your .ci project file and .log file to info@createinstall.com with 'CreateInstall' subject.
The setup tries to write comcat.dll during the installation process but cannot do that, so, it tries to save it as ci0-comcat.dll to overwrite it after the reboot but cannot do that too and displays this error message.

Problem is solved.
i had checked 'Administrator rights are not required'
When unchecked it instals correct.
